Development of an app like eyebeam / Zoiper in customized sip

I need a developer or team to make a SIP application like eyebeam or zoiper for VoIP communication.
The application must have the same features available on Eyebeam (available in an SDK), customizing some features:
- Ability to add a text file that contains a set of user names (username)
- Ability to add a text file that contains a set of passwords (password)
- Ability to add a text file that will contain a set of domains (ip)
- Possibility of connection with the protocol (TCP, UDP, TLS, Automatic)
- Generation of error codes in separate text files (each domain displays the error code)
You can choose any programming language for development.

I want to express my interest to take that project you can give me 40 days to create the application, but in additional to that you can benefit from 20 days of testing to ask for any changes, I've done a lot of projects before which qualify me to get a lot of experience, now I can build any application I want it's just a matter of time.
